FITNESS ON THE MOVETime: 10:48 PM a good way to train your bulldozing skills. main focus: torso when: trying to get out of a bloody train. stand unnaturally tall and hold your arms further from your body, like you're king. walk. results may vary based on the person doing it, the place, and the kinda crowd. if you're not that big, forget it. if you're not that big but some idiot tries to push past you, PUSH HIM DOWN! YEAH! if you want really big calf muscles, try this: stand at an odd angle in a train or bus. fold your arms or shove them in your pockets so your hands won't be able to fly so fast to grab on to something for support when the vehicle jerks. avoid this exercise if you think people wouldn't wanna be smothered under you. OR if everyone else decides to get fit, too. the penguin walk. do this when you, part of a whole crowd, slowly inch to the escalator, only to (sometimes) end up walking down the escalator. take the stairs if you're gonna do that. for more ways to keep fit, keep checking back. now screw off. i hate you. i hate all of you. |
